The Opportunity

Meta challenged MOSIS EXPERIENTIAL to create a global learning experience and celebration for their small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) community. Thus, Boost with Facebook Good Ideas Festival was born -a virtual, multichannel, global experience spanning 12 weeks. Connecting SMBs to education, resources, partners and each other tostrengthen them for the future and enable their good ideas to be found.

The Approach

The campaign included a mix of real-time events and flexible on-demand content, all designed with mobile delivery in mind. From launch day, free online videos, virtual events and social activations served up recognition and curated tools. There were stores of SMB successes, alongside interactive workshops on creating compelling business ideas. A toolkit guided SMBs on how and where to share their good ideas and included engagements like profile frames/backdrops, customized stickers and AR filters.

The Takeaway

Over 46MM unique video views, surpassing the engagement goal of 30MM by 50%. Engaged SMBs in 173 countries and in 10 languages. This campaign won the Event Marketer Ex Silver Award in 2022 for best Multichannel Marketing Campaign.
